Term, Conditions and Shipping



VAT and Import Duties
 

We are based in The United Kingdom. As a result you may need to pay local customs duties/VAT to receive your purchase in your country. This can sometimes add a delay in receiving your shipment. We will put a CN22 customs declaration on the parcel to the correct value of the goods. You may receive a letter or card from your local post office telling you the parcel is held until all duties are paid. Different countries have different rules and VAT rates for importing goods so please check your own situation when you purchase from us. Sometimes it can help the local post office to contact you if you include your telephone number in your registered Paypal address to assist them contacting you.
 

Payment Overview
 

PayPal is my preferred method of payment and my shopping cart will automatically direct you to PayPal when you "check out" your purchases.

All of my goods are priced in British Pounds Sterling. Paypal will convert that into your local currency taking account current exchange rates. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still purchase using your credit card via PayPal.

I am a UK Verified PayPal Account holder and so you can be sure that when you pay, you will receive your goods.

 

Shipping
 

All my items are shipped by UK Royal Mail Small Packets Airmail Service or first class post (UK Customers) unless you opt for the tracked service at checkout. The shipping charge is to cover postage, packing materials and labour.  Items are generally shipped within 2 business days of your payment clearing in our PayPal account. 
 

From the Item Checkout page, you can choose if you wish to upgrade to a tracked service. If so, we will share the tracking number with you when we have generated the shipping label.

Worldwide shipping is normally between 7 and 28 days. Occasionally, depending on customs hold-ups and public holidays, deliveries may take longer. 

 

Typical shipping times are:
 

  • United Kingdom 1-3 days

  • Europe 7-14 days

  • North America 7-14 days

  • Rest of World 10-28 days
     

We use Paypal to generate on-line shipping labels and shipping is to your registered Paypal address. This process will generate a confirmation of shipping email to you. Once the item has been shipped, the time taken to arrive is entirely out of my control and I cannot be held responsible in any delays in your item arriving.


We will re-ship your items if there is no arrival 35 days after posting. However, please ensure that the address that you have provided to Paypal is accurate. If the address provided is incorrect, I cannot be held responsible for postal losses.
 

Occasionally, the website may show banner detailing any changes to shipping dates if we are on vacation etc.


We  find on rare occasions that Royal Mail have suspended services to some countries when we come to generate the shipping labels. This is rare but if this is the case, we will email and refund you.

Warranty Policy
 

Our products are sold with a 30 Day "No Questions" satisfaction guarantee and a 12 month warrantee against material failure. If, for any reason, during the first 30 days after receipt of the interface you decide it was not what you wanted, you can return the interface to me for a full refund of all monies paid.

The only condition is that return shipping is at your expense and the interface should be returned in "as new" and working condition.

In addition, should the interface fail during the first 12 months from receipt, I will replace the interface free of charge as long as the faulty item is shipped back to me. 

If we are unable to provide a replacement and repair is not practical or cannot be made in a timely fashion, we may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. Our warranty periods are 1 year from the documented date of purchase.

 

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover?


Our warranties do not cover any problem that is caused by:

A. Conditions, malfunctions or damage to your equipment resulting from defects in materials or workmanship of your purchase.

B. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.

C. Accessories, connected materials and products, or related products not manufactured by XGGCOMMS.COM

Our limited warranties are void if a product is returned damaged or tampered with unless the damage is due to material failure or manufacturing defect.

 

Returns Policy


All returns either under the 30 days money back or 12 Month warranty period are at the buyers expense.

If you are returning the item under the 30 day money back guarantee, we will refund you less the original shipping charge.
